We woke up at 7am to catch our shuttle to Sydney airport. The Qantas flight was nice and actually served some snacks which helped since breakfast at the airport was expensive and not very tasty. When we arrived in Adelaide airport the weather was great, sunny skies and warm temperature. We caught a cab to our hotel in the marina area called Glenelg and dropped off our bags so we could go and get some lunch. It was a small little beach town with 3 square blocks of shops and restaurants, but not much to see. The beach and pier area was nice but the beach was almost empty. We ate some pizza and then went back to the hotel since we had decent internet and paid for 24 hours of service ($18-it is expensive everywhere in Australia) and had to make sure and use as much as we could. After using the internet we went out and got some dinner at a take away Asian restaurant (similar to Panda Express) that was not very good, but edible.
